Delivery time

Orders are delivered in 3 to 9 business days from the moment the order is placed. This covers both preparation and transit.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, before payment, once you have entered your delivery address. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay: there are no additional charges on delivery.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, the cost of reshipping is payable by the customer.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. We can correct an address as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.

Delays

The 3 to 9 business day window is the delivery time we work to under normal conditions. Weather, carrier disruption and public holidays can extend it. If your order is running late, contact us with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect your parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the carrier where possible, and contact us within 7 days with photographs. See our returns policy for what happens next.
